Fire safety -Documentation and Statutory Compliance:

The hospital shall maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of all fire safety-related activities. This includes records of fire equipment maintenance and calibration, staff training logs, fire drill reports, incident reports, and corrective/preventive actions. All records must be periodically reviewed and readily available for audit and inspection.

The hospital shall ensure strict compliance with applicable local fire authority regulations and statutory requirements. A valid Fire NOC (No Objection Certificate) must be obtained from the competent authority and renewed within the stipulated time frame.
